Delete My Data

1. Login

• Login to Heard by YGG on your iOS or Android device using your username and password.

2. Menu

• Tap the menu button at the top right corner of the screen.

• The menu icon looks like a stack of three pancakes!

• You should see a dropdown appear once you tap it.

3. User Profile

• At the top of the menu dropdown you’ll see an option labeled “Profile.” Tap it!

4. Delete and Confirm

• On the Profile page you’ll see your personal information along with a “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the screen.

• Tap “Delete Account.”

• A confirmation modal will appear with two options: “Cancel” and “Delete.”

• Tap “Delete” and you’re good to go!
